Recruiting Operations Assistant 

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Operations Assistant to join our company. In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiting Manager to support day-to-day operations within the recruiting and staffing departments, help manage and organize data, and assist with reporting functions that drive better decision-making for the team and company. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within the recruiting and staffing industry. You’ll gain exposure to tools like our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), various job boards, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Tableau, while developing a strong foundation in data handling and operational support.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and formatting recruiting and staffing data for reporting purposes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of spreadsheets to track key recruiting and staffing metrics.
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Learn and support the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reporting tools.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruiting and staffing teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree (Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in the customer service industry required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required; Ability to establish and maintain relationships with effective communication.
  • Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Tolerance for fast-pace – thrives in a high-pressure environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
